Junior IT Support (Part-Time / Hourly)

Location and Employment Type: Jerusalem (on-site, 2-3 days per week). Flexible part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours weekly.

Compensation: Hourly rate: ₪60–₪70 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).

Position Overview

OurCrowd is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Junior IT Support person to support our IT team on a part-time basis. The candidate will provide hands-on technical support to end users, assist with configuring and deploying new systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. This role is well-suited to someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. We are looking for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Configure and maintain new laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows and macOS environments.

• Log, track, and update support requests using the organization's ticketing system.

• Assist with user account setup, access requests, and basic system admin tasks.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments and Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint/OneDrive.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support, help desk, or similar technical support role.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with ticketing/help desk systems.

• Working knowledge in English.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred
