This is a hybrid position.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect, design, and build high-performance, scalable backend systems.

• Work with advanced algorithms, data structures & distributed computing.

• Design and implement robust, secure APIs.

• Use best practices to ensure flexibility, extensibility, and maintainability.

• Develop SQL & NoSQL persistence solutions with optimal data modeling & performance.

• Build and scale cloud-based infrastructures.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in Backend engineering

• 5 years Python experience or at least 2+ years of Python experience and 3+ years with Java /nodejs.

• Proven experience working in an AI-assisted development environment, defining high-level technical goals and leveraging autonomous AI agents (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Devin-style tools) to execute multi-file implementations, while maintaining ownership of architecture, design decisions, code quality, and final validation.

• Experience with Microservices, distributed processing & messaging.

• Cloud expertise: AWS/, GCP/ Azure

• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Druid, Redis).

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about doing things the right way.
