About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team.

This hands-on role combines machine development, industrial automation, pilot systems, troubleshooting, and process optimization. You will play a key role in transforming breakthrough technologies into robust industrial-scale solutions, working closely with R&D, operations, suppliers, and international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and optimize industrial machines and pilot systems.

• Lead machine integration, commissioning, system validation, and industrial scale-up activities.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, automation, and process-related issues.

• Work with industrial automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, motors, pumps, valves, and fluid handling systems.

• Support pilot trials, process optimization, and continuous system improvement.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, suppliers, and international customers and technical partners.

• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation & Control, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, pilot systems, industrial automation systems, or process equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
