-ניסיון ניהולי קודם כר"צ צוות בתחומי אבטחת מידע, תשתיות ותקשורת- חובה!
-ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים חוצי ארגון משלב התכנון ועד להטמעה, כולל עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים טכנולוגיים והנהלה בכירה.
-אחריות על תכנון משימות, תעדוף משאבים והובלת הצוות לעמידה ביעדים.
-ניסיון בהובלת עובדים, כולל חניכה, משובים, ליווי והנחיית הצוות לעמידה ביעדים.
-ניסיון מעשי בניהול והטמעת מוצרי אבטחת מידע: FW, פתרונות XDR/EDR, מערכות IAM ו-ZTNA.
-שליטה מעמיקה בניהול סביבות וירטואליזציה (VMware) ומערכות גיבוי (Veeam).
-ניסיון בניהול ותחזוקת שרתים (Windows/Linux) וסביבות ענן (Azure/AWS).
-הבנה עמוקה בתשתיות תקשורת, פרוטוקולי רשת ופתרונות F5.
