Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Senior Systems Administrator for a leading organization in Central Israel

Role Overview

Join a large enterprise IT team in a senior hands-on role responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft infrastructure. The position includes building enterprise environments from the ground up, managing hybrid cloud technologies, automating infrastructure processes, and supporting complex production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise IT infrastructures from scratch

• Manage Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Entra, and Windows Server environments

• Develop infrastructure automation scripts and streamline operational processes

• Perform system integration and support complex server environments

• Troubleshoot and maintain enterprise Microsoft infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a large enterprise (500+ servers, 1,000+ users)

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune

• Strong understanding of information security principles and security technologies

• Experience migrating Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online

• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
