As an increasingly growing company we've been accepted to FDA’s prestige Breakthrough Device Designation program. We are looking for an Integrated Care and Field Application Engineer to join our Support team and to support our meaningful growth . What Will You Do? •  Responsible for supporting procedures, patients, and sites in Israel and abroad. • Support clinical procedures in Cath-lab environment. • Communicate with HCP (health care providers) all aspects of Vectorious' products and solve technical problems in case of malfunctions. • Remote monitoring of the patient's use of the system and the system's health. • Guide patients during the first use of the V-LAPEX and support them if needed. • Remotely guide HCP (health care providers) to support patients' use of the V-LAPEX. • Solve problems in the field to ensure proper use of the V-LAP system. • Capture patients' feedback and communicate it internally. • Daily monitoring and analyzing patients' data. • Help find solutions for usability and performance issues and take part in their implementation.

Requirements: • Relevant degree (Biomedical engineering – an advantage) • Up to 2 years of experience in medical device or biotech industry - an advantage • Strong analytical skills - must • Ability to travel – up to 60% of the time • Familiarity with programing and statistical tools – must (Python – an advantage) • Basic knowledge in electronics – an advantage • Well organized and detail-oriented • Strong interpersonal abilities • Excellent Hebrew & English - written & spoken.
