MIS, part of the global Dentsply Sirona Group, is looking for a Production Planning & Control Engineer to join our Operations team.
This role is responsible for production planning and control activities, ensuring material availability, supporting manufacturing operations, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Manage material planning activities using MRP systems.
• Release and monitor production orders.
• Track inventory levels, shortages, and material availability.
• Analyze operational data and production KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Maintain data accuracy within ERP and planning systems.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – Required.
• Up to 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations Planning.
• Strong Excel skills – Required.
• Experience working with ERP systems – Required.
• Experience with MRP systems – Advantage.
• Manufacturing environment experience – Advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
