• Lead the organization's Learning Innovation, Research & Development strategy, shaping the future of organizational learning and capability building.
• Design and implement innovative learning concepts, methodologies, and ecosystems, with a focus on Knowledge Management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Learning Environments, Simulations, and Experiential Learning, aligned with organizational needs and global learning trends.
• Conduct strategic research to identify emerging technologies, learning methodologies, and best practices, driving continuous innovation across the learning function.
• Evaluate, introduce, and integrate advanced learning technologies and tools that enhance employee development and organizational performance.
• Identify, engage, and manage external experts and strategic partners to implement innovative learning solutions.
• Lead and cultivate the organization's Learning Innovation Community, overseeing its professional development and ongoing activities.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise learning systems, including requirements definition, implementation, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with technology and business stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing through cross-functional collaboration and organizational partnerships.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Technology, Business Administration, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of experience managing technology-driven projects, including digital transformation or enterprise learning technologies.
