Junior Corporate Finance Analyst

What You'll Do

• Support M&A, debt, and equity fundraising transactions

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models

• Perform company valuations and financial analyses

• Prepare presentations for investors, executives, and boards of directors

• Work alongside senior advisors throughout the entire transaction lifecycle

• Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a leading university

• 1+ year of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Financial Consulting, or completion of a Big 4 accounting internship

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Experience working with AI tools

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Leadership or military command experience – an advantage

• Experience analyzing financial statements – a significant advantage
