מה כולל התפקיד?
✔ ניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים End-to-End – ייזום, אפיון, תכנון, פיתוח, בדיקות ועלייה לאוויר.
✔ ניתוח מערכות ואפיון תהליכים עסקיים וטכנולוגיים.
✔ כתיבת מסמכי אפיון עסקיים (BRD) ומסמכי אפיון פונקציונליים וטכניים (SRS).
✔ עבודה מול לקוחות, מנהלי מוצר, צוותי פיתוח, QA ותשתיות.
✔ ניהול Scope, תקציב, לוחות זמנים, סיכונים ובעלי עניין.
✔ עבודה במתודולוגיות Agile / Scrum ובסביבות Enterprise מורכבות.
דרישות חובה
🔹 לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מורכבים.
🔹 ניסיון מוכח בניתוח מערכות, כתיבת מסמכי אפיון וניתוח דרישות.
🔹 ניסיון בניהול מחזור חיי פרויקט (SDLC).
🔹 ניסיון בעבודה עם Agile.
🔹 שליטה ב-Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project.
🔹 ניסיון בעבודה עם Visio ו/או Draw.io.
🔹 ניסיון בניהול סיכונים, לקוחות ובעלי עניין.
🔹 אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
