התפקיד כולל שותפות פעילה בעשייה ביטחונית משמעותית, עם אחריות ישירה על תהליכי הייצור, איכותם ועמידה ביעדים
במסגרת התפקיד:
ניהול צוות ייצור המונה כ-8 עובדים, כולל חלוקת משימות, הכוונה מקצועית וליווי שוטף
בניית תוכניות עבודה, מעקב אחר לוחות זמנים ועמידה ביעדי ייצור
זיהוי ופתרון בעיות שוטפות בקו הייצור תוך שמירה על רציפות תפוקה
הובלת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד ביעילות הקו ובאיכות המוצרים
עבודה בממשקים עם גורמי הנדסה, איכות, תכנון ורכש
אחריות על עמידה בתקני עבודה, בטיחות ונהלי החברה
דרישות:
הנדסאי.ת תעשייה וניהול או הנדסאי.ת במקצוע טכני רלוונטי
ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בניהול צוות בסביבת ייצור
שליטה במערכת MES
שליטה טובה ב-Excel
יכולת הובלה, קבלת החלטות ופתרון בעיות בזמן אמת
תקשורת בינאישית גבוהה ויכולת עבודה בממשקים מרובים
