    We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to build and lead professional

    HR processes while supporting the company’s continued growth.

    The Role:

    The HR Manager will work closely with leadership and managers across clinical and non-

    clinical teams. The role combines recruitment, employee wellbeing, retention, manager

    support, and day-to-day HR operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and improve scalable HR policies, processes, and workflows.

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.

    • Adapt hiring plans to changing business and staffing needs.

    • Develop employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives.

    • Support managers with performance management, employee relations, and

    • organizational change.

    • Lead onboarding, training, and employee development processes.

    • Manage contracts, HR documentation, policies, and compliance with Israeli labor law.

    • Support employees working in emotionally demanding clinical environments.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of broad HR experience with end-to-end responsibility.

    • Proven experience building HR processes in a growing or dynamic organization.

    • Experience in recruitment, employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
