Original listing · kept for referenceקבוצת דנאל מחפשת מנתח/ת מערכות Dynamics 365 מנוסה שיצטרף/תצטרף לצוות ויוביל/תוביל את אפיון הפתרונות על פני מוצרי הליבה שלנו. זו הזדמנות להשפיע לרוחב הארגון: לתרגם צרכים עסקיים לפתרונות חכמים, לעבוד צמוד עם צוות הפיתוח, ולחשוב מוצר על פני לקוחות פנימיים וחיצוניים.
קבוצת דנאל היא ארגון רב-תחומי בתחומי הסיעוד, משאבי אנוש, שירותים לאנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים ורפואה פרטית - עם המון עשייה בעלת ערך חברתי.
מה תעשו בתפקיד:
• תובילו את תהליך האפיון מקצה לקצה - מהצורך העסקי ועד משימות מוכנות לפיתוח.
• תעמיקו בדרישות ותבינו לא רק את ה"מה" אלא גם את ה"למה", כדי לתת מענה לבעיה האמיתית.
• תעבדו מול בעלי עניין - סדנאות אפיון, ראיונות ותרגום צרכים למודל מערכתי.
• תפיקו תוצרי אפיון: ERD, תרשימי זרימה, הגדרות טבלאות, חוקים עסקיים ומודל הרשאות.
• תבחרו את כלי האוטומציה הנכון לכל צורך (Business Rule, Workflow, Plugin, Power Automate ועוד).
מה אנחנו מחפשים:
• ניסיון של 3+ שנים באפיון מערכות Dynamics 365 / CRM בענן (Model-Driven Apps).
• שליטה במודל הנתונים של Dynamics: Entities, Relationships, Forms, Views.
• ניסיון מעשי ב-Business Rules, Workflows, Plugins, Calculated & Rollup Fields ו-Solutions.
• ניסיון בכתיבת ERD ותרשימי זרימה ובעבודה צמודה מול צוותי פיתוח בסביבת Agile.
• אנגלית טכנית ברמה גבוהה לכתיבת אפיונים.
יתרון משמעותי:
• ניסיון עם Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) ו-Azure DevOps.
• היכרות עם עולם ה-AI Agents ו-Copilot Studio ב-Dynamics 365.
