תיאור משרה

• אחריות לניהול המשמרת תוך שמירה על בטיחות עובדים, איכות ובטיחות מזון ועמידה בתוכנית הייצור

• אחריות לניהול צוות המונה כ-30 עובדים/ות

• קליטת עובדים/ות חדשים/ות והקצאת משאבים להדרכתם, אחריות להסמכתם ושיפור מתמיד במקצועיותם

• אחריות לזמינות מכונות ושמירה על תפוקות עבודה גבוהות

• מתן מענה לתקלות בתהלכי עבודה

• קביעת סדרי עדיפויות בתוכנית המשמרת

• עבודה מול ממשקים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים

דרישות

ניסיון קודם בניהול והובלת עובדים -חובה

ניסיון בעבודה בסביבת ייצור-חובה

זמינות למשמרות-חובה

אורינטציה טכנית/למכונות- חובה

Overview (English)

Responsibilities (English)

• Responsible for managing the shift while ensuring employee safety, product quality, food safety compliance, and adherence to the production plan.

• Managing a team of approximately 30 employees.

• Onboarding new employees, allocating resources for their training, overseeing their certification, and driving continuous professional development.

• Ensuring machine availability and maintaining high productivity levels.

• Providing solutions and support for operational and production process issues.

• Setting priorities and coordinating shift activities according to the production schedule.

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications (English)

• Previous experience in managing and leading employees – required.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing/production environment – required.

• Availability to work shifts – required.

• Technical aptitude and/or experience working with machinery – required.
