Envoid is building the next generation of mobile EDR. Our mission is entirely focused on providing robust, cutting-edge security and advanced EDR capabilities to mobile phones in the AI era.

We are a new startup experiencing huge growth and high market demand, and we are rapidly scaling our core engineering team to keep up with our expansion. We're looking for an exceptional, hands-on Tech Lead to act as a true force multiplier and technological anchor in the mobile security ecosystem.

What You’ll Do: • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead complex technical projects, next-gen mobile EDR features, and core architectural components from conception to production with an ownership mindset.

• Architect for Diverse Environments: Design systems capable of handling vast deployment options across various cloud configurations, on-prem setups, and hybrid mobile infrastructure.

• Bridge Product, Security & Tech: Partner closely with Product Managers and security researchers to translate mobile EDR data and threat intelligence into concrete, high-performance technical systems.

• Promote Engineering Excellence: Establish secure coding guidelines, lead design/architecture reviews, and raise the bar for code quality and security across teams.

• Mentor & Guide: Act as a technical mentor to fellow engineers through hands-on collaboration, deep code reviews, and architectural consultation.

What We Are Looking For: • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (we are language-agnostic, but Go or Python is a major plus!).

• 1+ years of dedicated experience in a Tech Lead or team leadership role, with a proven track record of driving complex cross-team initiatives.

• Deep DevOps & Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong production-grade experience with containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and managing complex deployment matrices.

• Modern Engineering Culture: Familiarity with data pipelines, integrating threat intelligence, and leveraging AI coding agents (like Claude Code or Cursor) to boost team productivity.

• Extreme Autonomy: A true independent operator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and solves problems end-to-end.

• Bonus Points: Prior experience in Cybersecurity, threat analysis, or Fraud Detection systems.
