    We are looking for a Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer to join our real-time embedded software team.

    The role combines hands-on real-time embedded software development for complex systems and close collaboration with project leadership and system engineering teams.

    This position requires a hands-on engineer who can take ownership, push tasks forward independently, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, agile environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently.

    Job Description:

    • Design, develop, debug, and maintain real-time embedded software for systems based on ST microcontrollers.

    • Lead software tasks from definition through implementation, integration, testing, and delivery.

    • Analyze system requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.

    • Maintain high software quality, traceability, and documentation standards.

    • Work in an agile environment using standard development and tracking tools.

    Requirements:

    • Significant experience in real-time embedded software development.

    • Strong hands-on experience with C and CPP.

    • Proven experience working with STM32 microcontroller environments.

    • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, including implementation in embedded environments.

    • Experience with bare-metal development or lightweight RTOS environments.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with project leadership and cross-functional teams.
