This role will drive cross-organization execution in a global environment, working closely with senior leaders and teams across global sites. The focus is on end-to-end software and product execution, internal customer rollout, operational excellence, and adoption of new technologies, tools, and ways of working -with a strong focus on AI transformation. Responsibilities • Lead and grow a global team of project/program managers across sites. • Act as the main connection point across Engineering, Product, Finance, Ops, IT, and other stakeholders. • Lead end-to-end software and product programs, from kickoff through delivery, rollout, and customer implementation. • Build and manage cross-organization plans, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and key decisions. • Partner with senior leadership to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution through key forums. • Drive process improvements and adopt new tools, including AI, to improve program management and operations.
Requirements: What We’re Looking For • 8+ years of program/project management experience, including 2–3 years managing project managers. • Experience in a global corporate environment, including inter-site collaboration; U.S. team experience — advantage. • Technical/engineering background and strong understanding of software development processes. • Proven experience leading end-to-end software/product initiatives, including rollout and customer implementation. • Track record leading large cross-team and cross-organization programs. • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders. • Comfortable presenting to executives with clear data, insights, and recommendations. • Practical experience using AI tools to improve program management or operational workflows. • Experience defining processes, leading change, and driving adoption — advantage. • Organized, proactive, and able to create structure without an existing playbook. • High-level English, spoken and written.
