You’ll have the chance to enhance your skills, expand your expertise, and directly impact the growth and success of our organization.

• Own website optimization of our WordPress website, including page development, plugin updates and more.

• Create Landing pages, emails, forms and other marketing elements.

• Design and execute complex user journeys across our website, HubSpot, Salesforce, and connected CRMs, with a deep understanding of data structures and flows.

• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across platforms using dashboards and data analysis tools.

• Apply data-driven optimization: run structured A/B tests, monitor trends and behaviors, and optimize KPIs across segments and regions to improve engagement and retention.

• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to replace or augment manual marketing ops workflows, including documentation and performance measurement.

• Collaboration with global stakeholders (marketing, sales, data, and engineering) to translate business goals into scalable MarTech solutions.

• Support marketing operations as needed, including ad hoc tasks and conference preparation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS company, including proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot & Marketo) and Salesforce CRM - must.

• Hands-on experience maintaining WordPress websites - must

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, themes, plugins, and page builders

• Ability to debug common WordPress and front-end issues

• Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, data integration, digital marketing workflows, Excel, marketing analytics tools and campaign execution.

• Experience in campaign performance reporting and visualization tools.

• Experience with additional digital tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, etc.).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills.

• This is a highly hands-on technical role; curiosity and eagerness to learn are essentials.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across global teams

Advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
