Join i4Valley as a Programs & Ecosystem Manager and take part in the day-to-day activity of a DeepTech incubator, working across programs, community, events, operations, entrepreneurs, portfolio companies, partners, and publicsector
stakeholders.

i4Valley helps northern innovators reach global markets by funding early-stage startups and
creating ventures from the ground up.
What You'll Do
• Support the COO and management team with coordination, scheduling, materials, and task follow-up
• Help lead and execute programs, content, community activities, and events
• Coordinate ecosystem activity, including partnerships, conferences, and stakeholder relationships
• Support portfolio companies and new startups with operational coordination and onboarding
• Work with vendors, event logistics, government bodies, municipalities, and partners
What We're Looking For
• Active student status, with at least one year remaining until graduation
• Open to all fields and faculties - we hire for skills, mindset, and drive, not for a specific major. Backgrounds in business, communications, public policy, or the social sciences are a plus, but not a must.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• High service orientation, initiative, independence, and a hands-on mindset
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Native-level Hebrew and good English, written and spoken
• Strong digital skills, including calendars, task management tools, and Excel
• Availability for 90-100 hours per month, with student-friendly flexibility
