    About Aidoc

Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.

Aidoc is deployed in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Since our founding in 2016, Aidoc has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.

Medical diagnosis is hitting a breaking point, where the number of physicians hasn't kept up with the rapidly growing patient load. This leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.

    About This Role

We're looking for a mid-level Motion Designer to join our Brand Design team, reporting to the Brand Design Team Lead, with close collaboration with our VP of Brand and Communications.

    • Healthtech brands have a sameness problem — clinical, safe, forgettable. Aidoc is here to break that mold.

    • Aidoc's clinical AI is already helping clinicians focus on what matters most and drive better outcomes for patients. And now we're not just building category-defining AI, we're building a brand that looks and feels like it: bold, alive, impossible to mistake for anyone else.

    • We are rewriting the rules of what healthcare technology can feel like — and we need people who want to help lead that charge.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and animate motion graphics for brand campaigns, product videos, advertising (digital, social, OOH, video pre-roll, etc.), and marketing initiatives

    • Translate static brand and campaign designs into dynamic motion content that stays true to brand guidelines

    • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and outside vendors when needed from concept through final delivery

    • Edit and composite video assets, including sound syncing, color correction, and basic VFX as needed

    • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, from quick social cuts to larger campaign deliverables

    • Maintain and help evolve motion design systems/templates to keep brand execution consistent and scalable

    • Introduce and implement AI tools and flows for video and animation.

    Requirements

    • 4-6 years of professional motion design experience, ideally in a brand, advertising, or in-house creative setting

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven animation, typography in motion, and storytelling through movement

    • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe applications (like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects), familiarity with 3D workflows

    • Hands-on experience with AI-powered and other emerging tools in the motion/design space (e.g., generative AI for video and animation), with an eagerness to keep exploring new ones

    • Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting motion systems across formats (social, video, web)

    • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly under deadlines

    • Strong collaboration skills — comfortable presenting concepts and rationale to creative and marketing stakeholders

    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

    • Proactive and independent-takes initiative, adapts quickly, and leads motion design projects from start to finish
