Full Stack Team Leader

An established DeepTech company developing an AI-driven platform for autonomous drone fleet management and real-time field data processing.

The solution enables fully automated fleet operation, data ingestion, and advanced spatial intelligence across complex environments.

Located in the Sharon (right by the train station), operating on a hybrid work model.

Role Description-

• Joining as a Full-Stack Software Engineering Team Lead managing a direct squad of 6 developers, maintaining a ~20% hands-on orientation.

• Driving system architecture and end-to-end features using Java, Angular, React, and cloud-native microservices environments.

• Hands-on ownership of modern web applications, distributed backend services, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

• Occasionally conducting field drone flights (short driving distance from the office) as part of integration and feature testing.

• Collaborating with DevOps, AI, and Product teams to scale operational autonomous fleet capabilities.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related technological field OR graduate of an elite military software development unit – Mandatory

• 4+ years of experience leading software development teams – Mandatory

• 4+ years of hands-on professional Full-Stack development experience – Mandatory

• Strong production experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and microservices architecture – Mandatory

• Solid Full-Stack tech stack experience with Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot), React/Angular, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, or ELK – Mandatory

• Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools – Mandatory

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills – Mandatory
