We are looking for a talented Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team!
In this role, you will combine strong analytical thinking with business understanding to ensure high forecast accuracy, healthy inventory levels, and exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with Supply Chain, Account Management, R&D and Finance to drive data-driven planning and support our continued growth.
Day To Day:
• Drive end-to-end planning and inventory management processes.
• Analyse large, complex datasets and translate insights into concrete business actions.
• Challenge assumptions using data to continuously optimize processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to align forecasts and operational targets.
• Support data-driven decision-making in a fast-moving operational environment.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Planning and inventory management principles.
• Proven experience in building sales forecasts in a manufacturing company
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) as well as forecasting tools/planning systems.
• Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; proven ability to analyze large datasets.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and a true team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
Advantages:

• Prior experience in the Cosmetics or FMCG industries.
