Tama Group is looking for a Product Line Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities, manage supplier relationships and drive commercial value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage supplier portfolio, including sourcing, agreements, and ongoing performance
• Lead negotiations and ensure alignment with procurement strategy
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Develop and monitor annual work plans and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support product development processes
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in procurement
• Commercial experience and negotiation skills – Must
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Independent, detail-oriented with a systems-level perspective
• High level of integrity, assertiveness and drive
• Strong systems orientation and learning ability
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)
