What you will be doing:

• Team Management, Lead, coach and develop the Production Planning team. Set clear objectives, roles, responsibilities and performance expectations.

• Production Planning, Develop, own and manage the monthly production plan based on the approved Master Production Schedule (MPS), translating it into detailed production plans across all manufacturing departments. Translate business demand into executable manufacturing plans while balancing production capacity, material availability and customer priorities. Monitor production execution, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.

• Production Work Order Management, Lead the production work order management process across all manufacturing departments. Monitor work order status, resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth production flow. Ensure alignment between work orders, production priorities, material availability and engineering changes.

• Treatment Kit Planning (High Volume Consumable), Lead planning activities for disposable treatment kits supporting customer treatments. Develop and maintain production build plans for multiple contract manufacturers. Balance production capacity and demand across subcontractors while ensuring product availability, continuity of supply and on-time deliveries

• Subcontractor Production Planning, Lead production planning with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with business priorities, capacity and supply plans. Monitor subcontractors’ capacity, production performance and delivery commitments, driving corrective actions and risk mitigation when required.

• Manufacturing Capacity Planning, Analyze manufacturing capacity across internal operations and subcontractors. Identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions to support production requirements and customer commitments.

• Service Spare Parts Planning, Lead service spare parts planning and execution, ensuring material availability to support global service operations. Oversee planning priorities, execution and inventory availability to meet agreed service levels and business objectives. Partner with Service and cross-functional teams to balance service demand with manufacturing capacity and business priorities.

• Process Optimization, Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production planning processes, systems and KPIs. Lead the development and implementation of planning tools, methodologies and system enhancements to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency. Establish and monitor planning KPIs and performance metrics to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement

What you have:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing planning or supply chain planning within a global manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience leading production planning teams.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, capacity planning and production execution.

• Experience working with subcontract manufacturers and complex manufacturing environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
