Program Manager | Defense Technology

A growing high-tech company developing advanced multidisciplinary systems for the global defense market is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join its team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex development and production programs, working at the intersection of engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer management. The role combines technical understanding with business and operational leadership, from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs throughout their full lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality.

• Manage production schedules, customer deliveries, budgets, and program milestones.

• Serve as the primary interface with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders in Israel and internationally.

• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and drive effective mitigation plans.

• Present program status, progress, and key decisions to senior management and customers.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects or programs.

• Experience working with hardware-based products, including manufacturing, assembly, integration, and customer deliveries.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or similar).

• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

• Experience in the defense industry or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
