Location: Sharon Region, Israel
Position Overview
We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in planning and production control.
Responsibilities
• Lead the company's supply planning process, from customer order intake through MRP execution, material availability monitoring, and inventory management.
• Develop and manage production plans for multiple manufacturing sites as well as subcontractors.
• Build, maintain, analyze, and continuously improve operational data systems.
• Own the company's inventory strategy, including planning, control, and inventory optimization.
• Oversee the company's warehouse operations.
• Manage teams responsible for planning, subcontractor coordination, and warehouse operations.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives while optimizing the use of supporting information systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, R&D, and Finance.
• Manage external interfaces with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Report directly to the VP of Operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from a recognized academic institution or another relevant Bachelor's degree – required. Master's degree – advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience managing global supply chain operations.
• 5–10 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within a manufacturing company.
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP – required, with strong knowledge of the MRP module in particular.
• Strong operational and technological understanding.
• Excellent analytical skills, broad systems thinking, and strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
