We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer who loves building scalable systems, tackling complex architectural challenges, and having a real impact on our product.

In this role, you won't just write code - you will take full ownership of our backend ecosystem, and help shape the future of our platform. If you thrive in an environment with high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do

• Take Ownership: Lead features from architectural design to production deployment.

• Design & Scale: Build and maintain high-performance, robust, and scalable microservices.

• Optimize: Continuously improve system performance, code quality, and infrastructure.

We believe in keeping things simple. We don't care about a long laundry list of keywords, but you must have the following:

• A sense of humor. We spend a lot of hours together, and we'd like them to be good ones.

• You learn fast. New frameworks, unfamiliar codebases, shifting requirements - you pick things up quickly and don't need hand-holding.

• Intimate knowledge of Node.js. Not "I watched a tutorial once," not "I just tell the AI to build it and ship whatever comes back". You understand what's happening under the hood.
