Role Description The RF System Engineer and Integrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating RF systems based on nexTenna’s adaptive phase shifter technology. Day-to-day activities include RF system-level design, simulation, and analysis; selection and integration of RF components and modules; and hands-on lab work using test and measurement equipment to validate performance. The role involves collaborating with hardware, software, and algorithm teams to define system requirements, optimize architectures, and resolve integration issues. The engineer will also support prototyping, debugging, and performance tuning of phased array and antenna subsystems, and document designs, test plans, and results. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haifa. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in RF Design and RF Systems, including system-level architecture, link budgets, and performance trade-offs.

• Experience with Digital Signal Processing for RF and wireless systems, such as beamforming, modulation, filtering, and signal analysis.

• Hands-on experience using RF test equipment, including Spectrum Analyzer and related RF measurement tools, for characterization, troubleshooting, and validation.

• Background in Systems Design, including requirements definition, system integration, and verification of complex RF and mixed-signal systems.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
