Salesforce Administrator - Exciting Opportunity!

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. You will be responsible for the ongoing administration and optimization of our multi-user Salesforce systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and operate Salesforce systems on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, product managers, and external development vendors.

• Manage users, profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchy.

• Configure and maintain objects, fields, Page Layouts, and Record Types.

• Define Validation Rules, Flows (Admin level), and Approval Processes.

• Manage Reports & Dashboards.

• Manage data (import, export, cleansing, and quality control).

• Provide Tier 1–2 support to internal users and troubleshoot issues.

• Work closely with business units and development vendors.

• Work with Sandboxes (Dev / Test / UAT / Prod).

• Assist with change control and version releases.

• Manage permissions and adhere to information security policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

• Practical experience with Users / Profiles / Permission Sets.

• Hands-on experience with Flows (Screen and Record-Triggered).

• Experience with Reports & Dashboards.

• Experience working with Sandboxes.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud is a significant plus
