בתפקיד זה, תבצע/י הרכבה אלקטרו-מכנית מדויקת, תוך עבודה עם מכלולים מכניים ואלקטרוניים מורכבים בסביבת עבודה מבוקרת ESD. תשתף/פי פעולה באופן הדוק עם צוותי הייצור, ההנדסה והאיכות, ותמלא/י תפקיד קריטי בשמירה על תקני המוצר שלנו ועל עמידה בלוחות זמנים.
תחומי האחריות:
• הרכבת מוצרים ותת-מכלולים אלקטרו-מכניים על פי הוראות עבודה, שרטוטים מכניים ו-BOMs.
• שימוש בכלי עבודה ידניים וחשמליים לביצוע משימות הרכבה.
• התקנת ברגים, מחברים, אטמים ורכיבים מכניים.
• טיפול ברכיבים אלקטרוניים רגישים בהתאם לנהלי החברה.
• ביצוע בדיקות ויזואליות ובקרות איכות עצמיות לאורך תהליך ההרכבה.
• דיווח על חריגות, תקלות או אי-התאמות לממונה/מנהל.
• עבודה על פי נהלי ESD ושמירה על סביבה מוגנת ESD.
• שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם צוותי ייצור, הנדסה ואיכות.
• שמירה על ניקיון, סדר ובטיחות באזור העבודה.

Requirements
• ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בהרכבה מכנית/אלקטרו-מכנית או עבודות ייצור/הרכבה דומות – חובה.
• יכולת בסיסית לקרוא ולהבין שרטוטים והוראות עבודה.
• יכולת עבודה עם כלי הרכבה (ידניים וחשמליים).
• רמת אחריות גבוהה, סדר, דיוק ויכולת עבודה עצמאית.
• יכולות בינאישיות גבוהות ויכולת עבודה בצוות.
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית.
• יתרון: ניסיון בסביבת ייצור בתחום האלקטרוניקה, מכשור רפואי, ביטחון או הייטק.
• יתרון: היכרות עם סביבות עבודה מבוקרות ESD.
