Job description:

We are seeking a creative, independent, and technology-driven professional who enjoys taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle—from concept to delivery. You'll transform complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences; write, design, and produce high-quality digital learning assets; integrate AI into every stage of the development process; and support video production and studio operations for learning content.

Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Learning Development

• Leverage AI tools on a daily basis for content analysis, instructional writing, visual design, video production, assessment creation, workflow automation, process optimization, and accelerating the development of high-quality learning solutions.

• End-to-End Learning Development: Analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, break down complex subject matter, and transform it into effective, engaging, and learner-centered digital learning experiences.

• Content Development: Develop instructional content, scripts, microcopy, assessments, exercises, and learning activities for digital learning environments.

• Visual Design & Digital Production: Design and produce digital learning assets, including e-learning modules, animated videos, graphic packages, and supporting learning materials.

• Video Production & Studio Operations: Plan, film, and produce learning videos, including basic operation of a recording studio, camera and audio equipment, studio setup, presenter support, and post-production editing tailored for digital learning.

• Training Delivery & User Support: Deliver training sessions as needed and provide ongoing support for users of enterprise information systems.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Research, evaluate, and implement new AI-driven methodologies to continuously improve learning development and production processes.

Profile description:

Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience in digital learning development, instructional design, or learning development.

• Proven experience developing digital learning solutions end-to-end, including instructional writing, scripting, visual design, and production.

• Hands-on, day-to-day experience using AI tools for content analysis, writing, script development, design, video production, and workflow optimization.

• Excellent instructional writing, microcopy, and scriptwriting skills for digital learning and video.

• Proficiency with digital authoring and production tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing digital learning projects, with an emphasis on instructional design, visual thinking, AI integration, and video production.

• Strong English proficiency, including developing and producing learning materials.

• Experience in military training or instructional units. - Nice to have

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Open edX. - Nice to have

• Experience in instructional delivery, end-user training, and/or information systems support. - Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with video production or basic operation of recording or filming studios. - Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects. - Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Technologies, Instructional Design, or a related field.  - Nice to have
