We are looking for a Multi-rotor Drone Operator & Field Test Specialist for our site in Rosh HaAyin. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end flight missions,

from planning through execution, while ensuring system reliability through rigorous field testing. You will serve as a professional ambassador to global clients,

delivering training and technical expertise on cutting-edge multi-rotor platforms

In this role you will

Conduct professional flight operations and testing for multi-rotor systems up to 25kg in diverse field environments

Lead and execute flight test plans to validate new features, system performance, and mission reliability

Perform comprehensive technical maintenance, including pre-flight checks, system calibrations, and on-site troubleshooting and repairs

Conduct professional training sessions and technical handovers for end-users and customers, both locally and abroad

Collaborate with engineering teams to provide operational feedback and identify areas for system optimization

Manage field deployment logistics and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and aviation regulations

:Requirements

Valid Civil Aviation Authority (CAAI/RTA) Drone Pilot License for systems up to 25kg

Proven experience in operating complex multi-rotor UAS/drone platforms

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in mechanical/electronic assembly and field troubleshooting

Experience with flight logging, mission planning software, and post-mission reporting - Advantage

Knowledge of RF communication, GPS systems, and telemetry links - Advantage

Prior experience in the Defense or Aerospace industries - Advantage

High proficiency in English (both verbal and written)

Willingness for frequent international travel and intensive field work

Excellent communication skills, independent problem-solving, and high commitment to safety standards
