Elmo Motion Control is looking for a Planner to join their team!
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure on-time delivery, material availability, and efficient execution of production plans.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage production plans and schedules
• Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Analyze MRP and manage material availability
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams
• Support ECO/EO implementation and maintain work orders
• Prepare operational reports and KPIs
• Identify and resolve supply and production constraints
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field – an advantage
• Hands-on experience with MRP analysis
• Experience in Electronics, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Industrial Manufacturing
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Experience managing large volumes of SKUs
• Experience with Priority ERP, MES, or Agile PLM- Advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
