Job Description
We are seeking a senior Head of Project Engineering Department to lead and oversee project engineering activities within the field of automated systems.
This role involves full ownership of the company’s project engineering operations, including leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing execution and installation activities, coordinating cross-functional interfaces, and ensuring optimal project delivery from the design phase through to final handover to customers—while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering, installation, and execution teams, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and team development
Drive collaboration and alignment across all project stakeholders to ensure synchronization and achievement of departmental goals
Oversee planning, monitoring, and management of departmental resources across the entire project lifecycle—from design and execution to implementation and delivery
Identify potential risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
Work closely with engineering, planning, electrical, control, and software teams, maintaining strong communication with clients and subcontractors
Prepare and present weekly project progress reports to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management
Proven experience managing complex projects in an industrial environment, with emphasis on multi-interface projects
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, execution, and installation
