Director of Retail – Steiner Hearing Care

Sonova Israel is seeking a dynamic business leader to head the Steiner Hearing Care retail, Israel's leading chain of clinic's specializing in hearing rehabilitation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the leadership team of Sonova Israel and lead a nationwide retail operation, drive business growth, develop managers, and foster excellence in customer service, professional standards, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the nationwide chain of clinic's to achieve business performance and sales targets.

• Manage Regional Managers while leading and developing the retail's management team.

• Develop annual business plans, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Analyze business data, identify trends, and drive initiatives to improve performance.

• Lead organizational change initiatives, implement policies, and optimize operational processes.

• Ensure operational, professional, and service excellence across all retail locations.

• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience managing a nationwide retail network. Experience in the medical device industry and/or a service-oriented environment is a strong advantage.

• Proven experience managing managers and leading large teams.

• Experience managing budgets, business plans, and performance metrics.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.

• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives.

• Relevant academic degree (bachelor's degree minimum).

• High level of English proficiency.

• The role requires extensive travel throughout Israel and frequent presence at the company's headquarters in Haifa.
