On your day to day

As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you’ll set the technical direction for end-to-end development across frontend and backend, ensuring scalability, performance, and high-quality standards. You’ll design robust solutions, guide architectural decisions, and improve development workflows. The role combines hands-on coding with mentorship and leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features.

Requirements:

What Will Make You Stand Out

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer

• Strong experience building and scaling complex web applications (frontend + backend)

• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React) and backend technologies (Node.js or similar)

• Strong architectural thinking, with the ability to design and lead scalable, maintainable systems

• Proven experience leading projects, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineers

• Ability to balance hands-on development with team leadership and ownership

• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks

• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

• Strong commitment to high-quality, maintainable code
