Are you a finance professional who loves the precision of accounting but is driven by business strategy? We are looking for a Controller & FP&A to take on a pivotal role that bridges the gap between financial governance and business growth.
This isn’t your typical "back-office" finance role. You will be at the heart of our operations, translating financial data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
• Consolidation and preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP
• Work closely with leadership to shape the company’s financial future through sophisticated budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Lead the entire financial reporting cycle (Month/Quarter/Year-end) with the highest standards of accuracy
• Provide consistent, high-quality visibility into business performance through accurate financial reporting, budget control, KPI analysis, and forward-looking insights that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze KPIs and financial trends to provide the "story behind the numbers" helping us navigate business challenges and opportunities
• Build and refine financial processes and internal controls to support our growth
• Lead audits and ensure full compliance with global financial regulations, tax filings, and statutory reporting
Requirements
• CPA who completed their internship at a Big 4 firm
• At least 3 years of post-internship experience a controller, ideally in a global High-Tech environment
• You are an expert in US GAAP, but you also have a passion for financial modeling and business analysis
• High proficiency in Excel is a must; experience with NetSuite/Priority or BI tools is a huge plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent Excel and PPT skills
• Knowledge of US tax policies and reporting (Sales Tax)
