Responsibilities:
• Monitor system availability, servers, networks, and critical applications.
• Identify incidents, alerts, and unusual system behavior in real time.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Document incidents and actions in a ticketing system.
• Work according to defined procedures, workflows, and operational playbooks.
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
