Our platform combines real-time conversation analysis, behavioral science, and AI agents to break the scam spell before harm occurs. Backed by Team8, we're deploying our technology with banks and financial services companies to protect their customers at the moment of risk. Our product suite includes a Prevention Agent for real-time customer protection, a Copilot for fraud analysts, and a Customer-Facing Agent for self-service fraud reporting. This role spans our entire product stack. From React frontends through Node.js services to event-driven backends and the AI systems that power our fraud prevention. Your Role You'll build end-to-end features across Charm's product suite, working closely with AI engineers, designers, and customers to deliver polished experiences that protect millions of banking customers. You will: • Build and own features across our React frontends (analyst Copilot, management portal, real-time conversation widget) and Node.js/Express backend services • Design and implement APIs, background workers, and data models using Express.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL • Build event-driven systems using NATS to process fraud signals and coordinate between services • Develop real-time features using Socket.io and WebSockets for live fraud detection workflows • Integrate AI capabilities into production systems, working with our LangChain/LangGraph-powered agents • Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage data pipelines across PostgreSQL and Redis • Build observability into your services using Pino, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus • Collaborate with product, design, AI engineers, and customers to ship high-impact features • Contribute to engineering practices across the stack as we scale
