תחומי אחריות:
אחריות על תהליכי גיוס מקצה לקצה: איתור מקורות גיוס חדשים, פרסום משרות, סינון קורות חיים, ראיונות טלפוניים, ליווי מועמדים עד לקליטה.
עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלים מגייסים, הבנת צרכים והתאמת מועמדים בהתאם.
ניהול מאגר מועמדים, יצירת קשרים שוטפים עם מועמדים פוטנציאליים.
עבודה מול מערכות גיוס - Adam-Total ומקורות גיוס נוספים.
ייצוג קבוצת ברן באירועי קריירה וימי גיוס.
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בתחומים הרלוונטיים.
ניסיון בגיוס- יתרון משמעותי.
יכולת עבודה עצמאית ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.
תקשורתיות, יצירתיות ויכולת עבודה בממשקים מרובים.
נכונות למשרה מלאה ממשרדי בית דגן/עומר.
