    Job Description

    Description Of Position

    • Assist in development and implementation of Israel’s Compliance Program, in accordance with the guidance of the BPM, including relevant elements, such as self-inspection, risk-assessment, policies and training.

    • Review and assist in drafting and implementation of compliance procedures.

    • Implement and provide on-going support regarding compliance systems.

    • Assist BPM in providing guidance to local units in all compliance aspects and questions.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and content.

    • Provide guidance and support to local units regarding and during internal and external audits, including the tracking of remediation actions.

    • Assist in providing solutions to compliance-oriented dilemmas and gaps.

    • Serve as secretary of the local Compliance Committee.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and effectively communicate and share information with relevant stakeholders.

    • Assist the company’s Privacy Steward in all aspects of the privacy compliance program.

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or providing service to the pharmaceutical industry.

    • Ability to lead multiple cross-functional tasks and projects in an orderly manner.

    • Ability to focus and be persistent in completing tasks/projects.

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

    • Strong communication and training skills.

    • Strong coordination and organizational skills.

    • Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
