This role involves leading integration activities throughout the product lifecycle, from development and laboratory testing to system validation, production, and customer delivery. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies across software, hardware, networking, RF, embedded systems, navigation, control, and computer vision.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute system integration activities for complex multidisciplinary products
* Perform system bring-up, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis
* Develop integration procedures, validation plans, and technical test documentation
* Execute laboratory and field tests to verify system functionality and performance
* Analyze system behavior and resolve hardware, software, networking, and interface issues
* Work closely with Software, Hardware, System Engineering, Algorithms, QA, and Production teams
* Support system deployment, production transfer, and customer integration activities
* Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvements
Requirements
* B.Sc. or Practical Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
* Military technology unit graduates with relevant hands-on experience are welcome to apply
* At least 3 years of experience in system integration, validation, or testing of complex systems
* Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems combining hardware, software, networking, and embedded technologies
* Experience with debugging complex technical issues and system-level troubleshooting
* Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP
* Experience working with communication interfaces and APIs
* Strong analytical skills with a system-level mindset
* Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
* Good written and spoken English
