• גיוס למשרות פנים ארגוניות ולפרויקטי אאוטסורסינג טכנולוגיים
• עבודה שוטפת עם מנהלים מגייסים ומנהלי פרויקטים לצורך הבנת הצרכים ובניית אסטרטגיית גיוס
• פיתוח ערוצי סורסינג חדשים והרחבת מאגרי המועמדים
• ליווי מועמדים לאורך התהליך, לרבות תהליכי סיווג ביטחוני כשנדרש
• ניהול ומעקב אחר תהליכי הגיוס במערכת Comeet

• לפחות 8 שנות ניסיון בגיוס לתפקידי הייטק וטכנולוגיה
