Ormat Technologies (NYSE: ORA) is a publicly traded renewable energy company and a global leader in geothermal and energy storage.

The Role

Ormat runs a broad innovation agenda across its global operations - advanced technologies, process redesign, transformation, strategy, AI, and automation.

This role supports two connected efforts: the AI Center of Excellence and the innovation portfolio. You'll keep AI governance running day to day, manage the innovation pipeline, and make it easy for employees company-wide to participate - partnering closely with Legal, other HQ functions, and the business units. It suits someone highly organized, sharp, and well-spoken who can own a program end to end and lead training in front of a room.

What You'll Do

• AI intake & assessment. Run the intake process end to end - form, channels, triage, review workflow, SLAs, and risk-based decisions.

• Innovation operations. Track all submissions, maintain the idea and venture pipeline, and support logistics and communications.

• Training & enablement. Develop and deliver AI governance and tool-adoption training - live and written.

• Inventory & policy upkeep. Maintain the approved-AI-systems inventory and keep the AI Policy, risk tiers, and guidance current.

• AI Committee support. Serve as the committee's operational secretariat.

• Program administration. Support scheduling, documentation, reporting, and dashboards with IT.

• Help desk. Be the first point of contact for governance and innovation questions.

• External ecosystem. Work with the innovation external ecosystem where relevant.

What We're Looking For

• Organized and self-directed: 2+ years in program coordination, operations, compliance, or governance, ideally in a public or regulated company.

• Strong communicator and presenter: comfortable leading trainings and facilitating senior stakeholders.

• Proven at structured processes with clear SLAs, documentation, and audit trails.

• Strong stakeholder management across HQ and business units.

• Working familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and a basic grasp of vendor terms, data-privacy, and information-security concepts - coordinate with Legal and IT Security.

• Pragmatic, service-oriented mindset.

• Fluent Hebrew and English.
