Responsibilities
• Prepare manufacturing documentation and production packages as part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Maintain, support, and improve existing manufacturing documentation for electronic and magnetic components.
• Provide engineering support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues with subcontractors and suppliers worldwide.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, root cause investigations, and cost reduction projects.
• Support the transition of products from development to mass production.
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics Engineering Technician Diploma.
• At least 4 years of experience in an NPI and technical engineering support role within the electronics industry.
• Hands-on experience with OrCAD.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Agile and/or Priority systems is an advantage.
• Experience with magnetic components, transformers, inductors, or power supply products is an advantage.
