הזדמנות להצטרף לחברת נדל"ן יוקרתית ולקחת אחריות מלאה על ניהול האתר מקרוב, תוך עבודה שוטפת מול קבלני משנה, ספקים ודיירים. התפקיד מציע מעורבות יומיומית בכל שלבי הביצוע באתר, לצד אחריות ממשית על איכות התוצר הסופי ובטיחות העבודה.
התפקיד כולל ניהול ותיאום העבודה השוטפת באתר מול קבלני משנה, ספקים ודיירים, ביצוע הזמנות רכש וקבלת סחורה לאתר, בקרת איכות ביצוע צמודה, ניהול יומן עבודה וניהול בטיחות האתר, וכן התנהלות מול יועצים, דיירים ורשויות עירייה.
דרישות:
תעודת מנהל עבודה - חובה.
ניסיון תעסוקתי בחברת בנייה קבלנית של שנתיים לפחות - חובה.
