We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team and play a key role in delivering high-quality hiring solutions for our clients.
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Staffin Israel, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both internal hiring needs and a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling recruitment across multiple industries and seniority levels, including corporate, administrative, technical, and blue-collar positions. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client partnerships, develop sourcing expertise, and make a real impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Recruit for a wide variety of roles across different industries, including Administration, Finance, HR, Operations, Corporate, Technical, and Blue-Collar positions.
• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and additional recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone and video interviews, assess candidates’ fit, and prepare professional candidate summaries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage salary discussions, offer processes, and contract coordination.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and clients in Israel and abroad to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Deliver a high level of service while managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience – mandatory.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency / manpower company – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience recruiting across diverse roles, including corporate, administrative, and blue-collar positions – mandatory.
• High level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet recruitment goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
• High motivation, professionalism, ownership, and a proactive approach.
