Junior Software Procurement & Order Control Specialist

We are looking for a Software Procurement & Order Control Specialist for a key role that combines work with international software vendors, cross-functional collaboration within the organization, and ownership of one of the company’s most critical processes - from order intake to product delivery - alongside ongoing work involving calculations, feasibility checks, and accuracy controls.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a strong attention to detail, and likes connecting all the moving parts.

What will you be doing?

✔ Managing the end-to-end order process -from receiving customer orders, placing orders with international software vendors, through to delivery to the customer

✔ Performing quantitative controls on orders, pricing, licensing, and agreements

✔ Working with data, conducting accuracy checks, and identifying discrepancies

✔ Ongoing communication with international software vendors

✔ Close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Service teams

✔ A role that combines operations, business responsibility, and analytical thinking

What are we looking for?

✔ Academic degree – required

✔ Strong numerical skills, including calculations and data validation – required

✔ Analytical mindset and high attention to detail

✔ High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required

✔ Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

✔ Experience with information systems / Excel – a significant advantage
