    The company's R&D center is located in Central Israel (prime location near major logistics hubs) and operates an in-office work model.

    Role Overview:

    • Technical Leadership: Leading the design, development, and implementation of the robotics and autonomous perception stack for the company’s drone fleet.

    • Autonomy & Perception: Overseeing complex challenges in SLAM, sensor fusion, and navigation to ensure high-precision indoor flight.

    • Flight Control & Planning: Driving the development of sophisticated Path Planning and control algorithms using the PX4 stack.

    • Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Heading cross-functional efforts within an Agile environment, bridging the gap between hardware, software, and real-world deployment.

    • Hands-on Engineering: Leading the team while remaining deeply involved in core development using C++, Python, and ROS/ROS2.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced Academic Degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field – Mandatory.

    • Proven experience in leading Robotics or Perception teams – Mandatory.

    • Deep expertise in Drones/UAVs, including SLAM, sensor fusion, and autonomous navigation – Mandatory.

    • Extensive professional experience with C++ and Python.

    • Significant hands-on experience with ROS / ROS2.

    • Proven expertise with PX4, control systems, and Path Planning.

    • Demonstrated track record of deploying autonomous systems in real-world environments.
