Job Description

• Develop complex data models, strategies, and algorithms using automated analytical methods.

• Design, implement, and optimize statistical and mathematical models, including forecasting, classification, neural networks, Machine Learning, anomaly detection, and other advanced data science methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver complex data-driven solutions, including identifying, integrating, and leveraging new and relevant data sources within analytical models.

• Utilize Big Data technologies to build predictive models, develop sophisticated algorithms, and analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

• Support the deployment of models into production environments in collaboration with development teams, and assist Product Managers and business stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree.

• 5+ years of experience in data-related roles, including at least 2 years in Data Science.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, including research-oriented problem solving and algorithm development.

• Proven experience delivering at least four Data Science projects.

• Strong experience developing Python-based algorithms for large-scale databases and datasets.

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning technologies.

• Experience retrieving and processing data from Big Data environments.

• Experience working in on-premises environments (e.g., Gema models).

• Experience validating and evaluating models in a business environment.

• Experience with CI/CD processes and pipelines.

• Experience working with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
